NOTICE AND ADVICE FOR MINORS

Dear valued viewers and fans,

I want to thank-you for supporting me all these years and a warm welcome to the new viewers as well. I wish for you to be informed with recent changes with my content to fit in with my personal life changes.

This post will introduce you to new content ratings and advice for parents and guardians for underage viewers.

All information in this post will be added in a new section in the Terms of Service on this website. This is linked in the about section on my Twitch, and on every new YouTube video from the moment this is posted (10/2/2024).

CONTENT GUIDANCE

I create content on various platforms that have a wide range of classifications. While I tend to keep myself rather PG at most times, I do not limit the language or discussions of my friends when I make content. I do want to say that these classifications are based on my own perception of my content and aren't official. They are only to guide parents and guardians on where to limit minor's access to the content I create.

Twitch / YouTube Livestreams: MA 15+ (R 18+)* ** Includes:

• Violent games

• Language (swearing)

• Sexual references

• Discussions of intense topics

*On occasion I will host 'after dark' 18+ content with friends which are strictly 18+ only and advertised as such. While I do not drink, my friends will during these content and some will use Cannabis (which is legal in their country (Canada)).

These streams often include:

• Violent games

• Intoxication

• Drug references

• Intense Language (swearing)

• Sexual references

• Discussions of intense topics

**Minors watching these streams must have permission from parents and/or guardians beforehand. If you are openly engaging you will be timed out for ONLY that stream to prevent issues.

STUDENTS FROM [REDACTED] COLLEGE

While I appreciate the interest shown from students at my place of work (for privacy and my safety the school is not named), I cannot accept friend requests from students at my school on any of my social media platforms: Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Instagram and Facebook.

Furthermore, those who try to join my official community fan server on Discord, or join in through the live chat during my livestreams will be IP banned and not allowed to join back until they are over the age of 18 or have left the school I work at. Should you continue to want to be a part of the community once you graduate / leave, you will be unbanned upon request and welcomed into the community.

Being in the mentioned chat rooms above is strictly forbidden as per school policy. I understands the excitement surrounding having a teacher in the influencer industry, but due to rules by the education department, it is not permitted to be friends with a teacher on social media.
